Learned through experience, training or self-teaching.

Administrative Skills: Specific clerical skills that are learned that can be used in an office setting such as: Typing, copying, filing, multi-line phone usage etc.

Transferable Skills: Learned skills that can be used in a wide variety of job situations. These are general skills such as: communication, supervision and organizational skills.
